Account Deletion
If you have a Miraven account and want it deleted, email support@miraven.com from the email address associated with your Miraven account.
Please include:
- Your full name;
- The email address on your Miraven account;
- The funeral home, company, or organization associated with the account; and
- A short note saying that you want your Miraven account deleted.
We may need to verify your identity or confirm your organization before deleting an account. If your Miraven account was provided by your employer or funeral home, we may also coordinate with the organization administrator before removing access or deleting organization-controlled data.
What We Delete
When an account deletion request is approved, we delete or deactivate the user account and remove personal app data tied only to that account, such as profile information, app preferences, authentication records, and device notification tokens.
What We May Retain
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. Organization service records, including call records, transcripts, recordings, routing configuration, and billing history, may be retained according to our customer agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service because those records are controlled by the funeral home or organization that subscribes to Miraven.
We may also retain aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge account deletion requests within 7 business days and complete approved deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or organization verification.
